From the Bidhaa website or application, click on "Sign Up" to create an account. After creating an account, click on "Office" from your username. Provide all the information required to open the office, then click on "Create Office." Congratulations! You can now start adding products and services and sending offers to customers.

When adding products and services or sending offers, write a clear description of your products or services. Make sure you include details such as the price, condition of the goods or services, delivery options, the timeline for the transaction, any fees involved, and any other relevant details. This will help avoid any disputes or misunderstandings later on.
3.
Confirm
order details
Interested buyers will make bookings and pay. Once you receive payment confirmation, communicate with the buyer to confirm the order details. It is important to communicate only through the Bidhaa’s messaging system. This will ensure that all communication is documented and can be used as evidence in cases of dispute. If everything is agreed upon, you can start processing the order.
4.
Process and
Deliver
If order processing takes days, provide regular updates throughout the process. When delivering, encourage buyers to rate and review their experience doing business with you. This will help build trust and credibility for future transactions. If the buyer is satisfied with the item or service, funds will be released to your Bidhaa wallet.

Resolve any
disputes
In case of any issues or disputes during the transaction, Bidhaa will act as a mediator to help resolve them and ensure a fair outcome for both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, Bidhaa may hold onto the funds until a solution is agreed upon by both parties.
HOW TO BUY
1.
Search,
Book and Pay
From the Bidhaa website or application, click on "Sign Up" to create an account. After creating an account, you can start looking for sellers. Bidhaa has two options for this.
First, you can use the search bar at the top of the homepage to search for products or services you want to buy. Click on each shop to look for products or services you want to buy. Click on the “Add to Cart” or “Book Now” button, enter the required details, and then review the order summary. If everything is correct, make payments.
Second, you can also use the “Post a Job” section to provide specific details about what you want to buy. Use the description box to include important details such as the condition of the goods, delivery options, the timeline for the transaction, and any other relevant details to help sellers send you offers.
After posting, you should regularly check for offers from sellers. You can also promote your post to increase visibility and attract more sellers. Once you find a good offer, award it to the seller and make payments.
2.
Communicate
the seller
Once you have completed payment, you can communicate with the seller to confirm the order details. Make sure to agree on a delivery fee, who pays it, and how. All communications must be through Bidhaa’s messaging system to keep records that can be used as evidence in case of any disputes.
3.
Wait for
delivery
Once the funds have been deposited and the order details confirmed, the seller will process and deliver the item or service. If order processing takes days, make regular follow-ups to see if everything is okay.
4.
Release
funds to the seller
If you are satisfied with the item or service, release the funds. When releasing funds, rate and review your experience doing business with the seller. This will help other buyers when looking for whom to do business with.
